Final digital image designs for Geometric inspired wallpaper designs in two colours

When I saw just the motif, I thought, yeah that’s cool. Then I saw it as a repeat. Then I thought….THAT’S SWEET!!! in fact I may have even said it out aloud! Haha :P
I really love the way it works as a repeat. Congratulations on an awesome design!

 Final Wallpaper Design- Street Art

I did like your other design, but this is really sweet! I can see it working well as a wallpaper and as street art :) very nice ;)

I like your idea on using the moon and trees to create a boarder around the centre wolf, and have the smaller wolves around the outside in different postions. It creates a sotry, knid of, of the life of a wolf. I love how simple the images themselves are but easily recognisable as the objects they are. I believe the colours work well together too :) Congrats!

My 2 final wall paper designs  (the colours went all wrong =P)

I am amazed at how much detail you were able to keep despite only have three colours to work with. I can really see this working very well as a wallpaper. I think your style and colours of this wallpaper work nicely with the eagle. Nice! :D

mimi-pearson:

Your drawing of the eagle is so good!! I like how you have hand drawn the eagle and then placed it on the computer. Your colour palette is great and I could see your wallpaper design in a fancy ballroom or in a formal lounge. I like how you have added the circles on each side to balance out the blue under the eagle! Great job!!

Final wallpaper design for my Digital Image class. Art Nouveau inspired - master+3screens.

Hand drawn with fineliners, scanned as tiffs, pantone inks added through bmping.

I really like the idea of choosing a story for your wallpaper, but showing the final scene first. It’s a different approach to wallpapers, but I think you have carried it off well :)

Your colour schemes are lovely, and would work well in a living room or bedroom easily as the colours are calming.

I also like the modern twist to this wallpaper :)

mimi-pearson:

This wallpaper design is so good how it is not only a design but also tells a story. The colour palette is vibrant, allowing a modern take on Victorian wallpaper. The cream background colour works well, and I really like the frames you have used and the different drawings of the man and lady. The flowers pull the whole piece together! Awesome work, Nicole!!

love-ginger:

These are my screens & two final colour jobs for my Victorian inspired wallpaper. All the flowers I chose have specific meanings from Victorian times significant to the little story going on in my cameos.

I’m not sure how you did it, but this wallpaper looks amazing! I like the colours you have used, they work well with each other, and add a calm effect to a design that could be harsh on the eyes if the wrong colours were used. If it was up on a wall, it’d look like the wall was moving around. Well done! :)

rinth:

This is a wallpaper design that I’d chuck up on my wall. I love the way you created created motion through lines. You’ve really started to define your own style with the way you envelope and warp shapes - bringing them out to be almost 3d in nature.

Finals for my Digital image wallpapers of a lotus flower lake.

Yeah, thanks heaps for that! I didn’t even think of that :P I like it a lot more with the grey rather then the white :)

My development of the grey photo montage and my final. :)

I’m really glad you added the grey border it has just pulled everything together beautifully and added extra emphasis on your colour prompt.

I love the use of shapes in your works, they make the design look so much more interesting.  :)

My working progress- I did 2 separate photoshop files one of the photo’s and another of the background colours and then combined the two!

It’s really interesting to see all the different Ideas and progression you had to get to your final montage. I really love the flow you created through the layout of your triangular photos and the texture you went with for the background.
